Project Management
Why is Project Management important in the field of Instructional Design?
Instructional design projects are inherently complex with a lot of moving parts, team members, and deadlines. The ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and strategy requires effective communication and leadership skills. My deliverables as a PM:
- Implementation of organizational systems
- Customized communication, risk management and development plans
- Project budget, strategy, and testing reports
- Job aids
- Stakeholder presentations
- Professional and personable communication with team members and stakeholders

I am trained in Agile project management techniques. This method allows for an increased focus on the needs of the client and increased flexibility and productivity for the team.

This was a great project to work on! I feel like it easily could have been an organizational and collaborative nightmare, but Hillari made everything run so smoothly and made our jobs so. much. easier. 10/10, five stars, A+, whatever credit I can give to her. I will. She is incredible.
